Discipline

The association KIDOMA offers physical activities related to flexibility, dynamism, self-awareness, which can be part of health prevention.

Through the different pages of this section, you can learn more about the origins of the disciplines, how we approach the practices, and a bibliography to delve further into the discovery.

We adapt to all levels, beginners or regulars, the practice is based on trust.

We are not teachers. The pedagogical approach for learning each discipline is based on sharing knowledge acquired over the years, gently, with the idea of non-struggle, and not based on traditional teaching.

Feel free to join us and do not hesitate to access our “contact” section for any additional information.
