Presentation of the association
KIDOMA, founded in April 2024, embodies a pedagogical approach centered on exploring human potential. The contributors to our association are deeply involved in disciplines such as sophrology, Tai Chi Chuan, Afghan walking, and regenerative movement.
The wish of the members of the KIDOMA association is to promote and encourage the fulfillment, both physical and psychological, of the individual, through various physical activities. We believe that the question of well-being and recovery is closely linked to self-expression in movement. Knowledge about our personal resources is sometimes necessary to continue moving forward in life.
KIDOMA wishes to focus on gentle practices, such as sophrology, Tai Chi Chuan, or Afghan walking, with the strength of the group being an important driver for sharing experiences. We seek to provide practitioners with a space where they can connect to the calmness of the body from a consciousness available to sensations.
The KIDOMA association is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can explore, learn, and enrich themselves through practice at their own pace, without judgment or pursuit of performance.
